STACK EXCHANGE accepts returns on all full priced item(s) when returned in the mail within 7 days of receiving your order. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return item(s) within the return’s timeframe.

All item(s) purchased on SALE are final purchase and not eligible for refund or exchange, (unless deemed faulty).

 

RETURNS POLICY | IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition and must not be worn or tarnished.

-Item(s) will not be accepted if they are marked, tarnished, stained (including both makeup and fake tan). Due to this please take great care when trying on pieces.

-Please ensure all products are exactly how you received them including all tags still attached.

-Returns must include all original packaging including zip-lock product bag + box.

STACK EXCHANGE reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with any or all of these policies.

 

RETURNS POLICY | RETURNS PROCESS

-Please email customer care at contact@stackexchangeworld.com to notify us of the return and if you wish to receive an exchange or refund.

-We will then generate a returns ID number which you will put on the returns form. Please note returns / exchanges will NOT be accepted without a generated ID number.

-Fill out the RETURNS FORM provided in your order along with item(s) and original packaging.

-Item(s) must be returned via registered post or pre-paid bag with tracking number to ensure the safe delivery of items back to us.  Please note STACK EXCHANGE will not be held responsible for any item(s) lost in transit.

-STACK EXCHANGE is not responsible for returned shipping costs.

 

RETURNS POLICY | REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
