Based on current processing times, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse. Thank you for your patience.

Your order number can be found on the initial email sent to the email address used to place the order. If you are struggling to find this, please email us with your name and email address used.

If you received the wrong item(s) than you ordered, please email us via our CONTACT page. Please add your name and order # in the email and a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible with how to proceed.

Sadly not, you can only use one discount code per order.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping email which will include a tracking number. Please use this number with the selected courier to track your order.
Individual country taxes with NOT be covered by Stack Exchange and the receiver will be responsible to cover any/ all fees incurred.
